固胶对光纤线圈热应力干扰双折射的影响

根据光纤线圈受热应力的实际影响,推导了线圈中因排线引起的光纤挤压应力双折射,并提出利用有限元瞬态热分析的方法研究固胶处理对线圈中热应力干扰双折射的影响。通过对固胶处理前后线圈中典型光纤受热应力的影响的数值模拟计算得出,固胶处理后的光纤线圈存在着一个与胶粘剂参数有关的温度区域,在此区域内线圈受到的应力干扰双折射最小,且温度敏感性降至最低。通过对1000 m保偏光纤线圈的实际测试表明,这一温度区域的消光比指标高于低温段1.5 dB,证明了模型的有效性。提出了固胶材料温度特性与环境温度的匹配性概念。     

抗高压脉冲高稳定度灯丝电源

着重讨论如何解决当某大功率装置的大电流开关动作时,灯丝电源装置抗30kV的高压反馈脉冲的冲击问题,通过抗高压和强电流冲击的设计,以低压电源为大电流开关的灯丝提供高稳定度的电源输出;以高压隔离变压器来隔离高压触发反馈脉冲通过电源对周围仪器的影响;用扼流圈来阻遏反馈高压峰电流的流入,有效地减少了大功率装置放电后的瞬时强电流对灯丝加热电源的损害;在高压强流环境中,为大电流开关灯丝的加热提供了可靠的抗高压强流的直流加热电源。     

升压变压器低阻抗保护的原理及测试方法

升压变低阻抗保护主要作为发电机—变压器组相间短路的后备保护,逻辑判据中包含相间阻抗、相电流及负序电流三个变量参数,在测试过程中有一定的难度。通过对国电南京自动化股份有限公司生产的GDGT801型数字式发变组保护A柜变压器低阻抗保护的调试和检测,总结出该保护的调试技巧及测试方法,对有类似微机保护装置的发电厂、变电站、电力职业院校及电力培训中心也有一定借鉴意义。

Au@Hg Nanoalloy Formation Through Direct Amalgamation: Structural,Spectroscopic, and Computational Evidence for Slow Nanoscale Diffusion

Dynamic core–shell nanoparticles have received increasing attention in recent years. This paper presents a detailed study of Au–Hg nanoalloys, whose composing elements show a large difference in cohesive energy. A simple method to prepare Au@Hg particles with precise control over the composition up to 15 atom% mercury is introduced, based on reacting a citrate stabilized gold sol with elemental mercury. Transmission electron microscopy shows an increase of particle size with increasing mercury content and, together with X‐ray powder diffraction, points towards the presence of a core–shell structure with a gold core surrounded by an Au–Hg solid solution layer. The amalgamation process is described by pseudo‐zero‐order reaction kinetics, which indicates slow dissolution of mercury in water as the rate determining step, followed by fast scavenging by nanoparticles in solution. Once adsorbed at the surface, slow diffusion of Hg into the particle lattice occurs, to a depth of ca. 3 nm, independent of Hg concentration. Discrete dipole approximation calculations relate the UV–vis spectra to the microscopic details of the nanoalloy structure. Segregation energies and metal distribution in the nanoalloys were modeled by density functional theory calculations. The results indicate slow metal interdiffusion at the nanoscale, which has important implications for synthetic methods aimed at core–shell particles.     

Material properties and effective work function of reactive sputtered TaN gate electrodes

The resistivity,crystalline structure and effective work function（EWF） of reactive sputtered TaN has been investigated.As-deposited TaN films have an fcc structure.After post-metal annealing（PMA） at 900℃,the TaN films deposited with a N₂ flow rate greater than 6.5 sccm keep their fee structure,while the films deposited with a N₂ flow rate lower than 6.25 seem exhibit a microstructure change.The flatband voltages of gate stacks with TaN films as gate electrodes on SiO₂ and HfO₂ are also measured.It is concluded that a dipole is formed at the dielectric-TaN interface and its contribution to the EWF of TaN changes with the Ta/N ratio in TaN,the underneath dielectric layer and the PMA conditions.

溶液调湿新风机组表冷盘管的设置与节能

以天津中心生态城某工程为例,通过实例计算,分析了外置表冷盘管与溶液调湿机组的位置关系对新风处理能耗以及新风处理系统COP的影响。得出了在表冷盘管采用高温高效冷源的前提下,表冷盘管前置比后置具有明显节能效果的结论。
